KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with DL recruiting team for direct labor’s hiring
2.Work closely with production department to meet DL requests
3.Management for labor agency
4.Develop and Maintain DL hiring channel, including development of technical schools and labor agency
5.Work with department for DL retention
6.Prepare and submit kinds of manpower related report

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.4+ years recruiting experience
3.Familiar with recruiting process and related HR tools
4.Basic knowledge on labor market and HR related policy and law
5.FMCG industry working experience is preperable
6.Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
7.Willing to travel to other province
