Requirements:
1.Bachelor 7 years or Master 4 years working experience in fiber optical communication industry, or test & measurement equipment, or automation or semiconductor industry.
2.Good team work and communication skills.
3.Hand on mechanical design fixture design experience.
4.Hand on hardware system integration experience.
5.Test board design experienced is a strong plus.
6.Very familiar with most of optical or electrical test equipments and parameters.
7.Be familiar with optical communication Device products is a plus, but not a must.

Responsibilities:
1.Review test development requirement with Customer and provide concept design.
2.Finish detailed design work together with test software engineer, mechanical engineers, and etc.
3.Setup, debug and qualify developed test system and make on time delivery to customer.
4.Participate in product NPI from Finisar global sites to SHG/WXI, take care of test system transfer and improvement.
5.Upgrade existing test systems in production line to improve performance.
