Responsibilities
1.Cooperate with FCM to monitor the functionality of fire protection facilities and evaluate the performance of fire protection system
2.Establish the Emergency preparedness and response plan and organize the Emergency response team and drills
3.Coordinate to build the Business Continuity Plan for the plant
4.Identify the hazards, evaluate the risks and derive the control measures of high risks
5.Evaluate the compliance with the safety requirements of Corporate standards and legal regulations and take measures in case of non-compliance.
6.Implement safety objects, targets and programs to improve the safety performance in the plant
7.Conduct the EHS release for new/updated equipment and processes

Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Fire protection, Safety or equivalent.
2.National certificated fire engineer is preferred
3.Understanding of fire safety laws and regulations;
4.Good communication skill and team work
5.Good written and oral English
