Responsiblities
1. Assist to establish, maintain and improve EHS system, such as EICC, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 and EHS management system and get relative licenses and certificates.
2. Work with EHS Team to conduct EHS Self-assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gap and develop action plan to continual improve EHS management system.
3. Lead or participate in various types of EHS compliance and management system audits to ensure compliance with local, national, customer and the corporate requirements.
4. Update new EHS regulations and rules and analyze the potential impact to the plants.
5. Able to lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsible.
6. Independently develop and implement training programs related to EHS for plant personnel and act as a fundamental resource for manufacturing/engineering personnel related to EHS issues when needed.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above with major in EHS related field.
2. 5+ years related experience in a multi-national manufacturing company.
3. Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS area.
4. Familiar with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
5. Possess environment and safety management experience is preferred.
6. Fluent oral and written English skill.
