Requirement：
1, Understand the process control of passive products
2, Be able to study the drawings of product quickly
3, Familiar with the software Solidworks, be able to design effective fixtures and make drawings
4, Have good communication skills, be good at summary
5, At least 2years’ related experience

Responsibilities：
1, Assist product engineers to create or update the drawings of the products
2, Assist product engineer to design the fixtures for the samples building(including spare parts for the complicated fixture) and verify the key parameters to meet the target at isolator NPI phase together with engineer and release them in agile system
3, Trial run the fixtures to get the result together with NPI engineer
4, Assist product engineer to design or improve the fixtures to increase the efficiency at isolator MP phase together with engineer (trial run and get the result) and release them in agile system
5, Evaluate the quality of each supplier and give the feedback to purchasing team
6, Assist purchasing team to find good suppliers
7, Assist process engineer to make the check points of fixture and the training to operators
8, Other cost down project assistance
