Requirement
1.Over 5 years planning experience in manufacturing company
2.Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
3.Excellent communication (written and verbal English) and interpersonal skills
4.Have an using experience on Oracle or SAP system
5.Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex supply problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
1.Closely work with PM and MFG team and logistics team to make sure to meet customer order delivery
2.Support PM to prepare the NPI material and plan other resource
3.Work with Finisar other sites and sales team to align the forecast demand
4.Focus on OTD and material control
5.Daily work with production team for work order arrangement
