Responsibility Level:

Assist Finance Manager in charge of budget forecast and analysis.

Typical Duties:
1. Co-ordinate Sales department to finish financial analysis for pricing.
2. Finish budget implement situation form on time.
3. Finish fixed assets investment reports.
4. Edit annual budget.
5. Prepare and offer financial report on time and accurate.
6. Prepare monthly actual/budget variance analysis.
7. Budget modular/ data analysis maintenance.
8. Adjust PRC GAAP to US GAAP.
9 Issue trial balance table.
10. Prepares periodic financial control/management reports
11. Analyzes reports for variance problems. Assists superior in developing special programs such as daily reporting to correct problem situations
12. Performs special assignments and analyses as directed by superior
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College graduate or above in accounting or related major.
2. Strong business sense and analytical thinking
3. Above two years relevant experience.
4. Be fluent in oral and writing English and Mandarin.
5. Knowledge of PRC GAAP and basic west accounting principle.
6. Familiar with co. accounting practice & procedures and related acquirement of Johnson Controls. .
7. Good interpersonal communication, constant relationship with others outside the work group.
8. College graduate or above in accounting or related major.
9. Computer training program, capable of handling routine work with computer.
