Purpose of Role
Coordinate CJLR cycle planning process and facilitate program review governance process; supervise, co-ordinate all cross-functional cycle planning activities within JV, liaise between JV shareholders in order to move forward the product related planning, to improve CJLR’s profitability and market share in SUV/LUX segments.
协调和推进奇瑞捷豹路虎的产品型谱和周期规划；协调和整合所有产品规划相关的跨部门沟通；协调和联络双方母公司促进并推动合资企业的产品规划，藉以最终提升合资企业在SUV和豪华车领域的盈利能力和竞争力。
Main Responsibilities
？ 负责CJLR产品市场型谱及周期规划Take lead on CJLR product cycle planning and model year planning
？ 提升产品规划流程控制和管理 Improve CJLR cycle plan change control process
？ 主管规划项目的管理 Take control on program review management
？ 和英国捷豹路虎协调推进产品型谱规划 Align with JLR UK & Chery to implement JV’s cycle planning process
？ 相关的产品规划开发/工程流程的支持 Support all kinds of PD/engineering process development
？ 支持规划项目前期预算控制，与财务协调共同推进规划项目预算编制 Support planning budget preparation and coordinate related budget application together with Finance.
？ 参与市场相关的定性定量分析，加深对整个市场和宏观经济的了解，藉以发现新的业务机会Support external/internal cycle plan factor study with good understanding of overall economy/auto business knowledge
Key cross functional influences
Program review with senior management; co-ordinate with JLR UK, NSC to align on the execution and changes,
Liaise with JV shareholders to move forward the cycle plan and changes;act as the single JV contact for JLV global cycle plan activities; support regular cycle plan review at JV; involves in MS&S qualitative and quantitative studies to gain an in-depth knowledge to the regional market and segment
