Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the connect between JV and local GOV, build and perfect the reception process, maintain the positive corporate image.
负责对接企业与本地政府的联系，制定并完善合资公司的接待流程，维护良好的企业形象。
Main Responsibilities:
？ Assist GA Sr. manger to maintain good relationship with local GOV, responsible for reception of important visitors, and creating JV reception process and standard in different levels.
？ 协助政府关系高级经理维护本地政府关系，分管接待工作，创建合资公司的接待流程及相关接待标准；
？ Help promoting cooperation between JV and local GOV, assist JV business functions to build smooth and efficient connection with local GOV.
？ 提升合资公司与本地政府的关系，帮助各业务部门与本地政府关系的搭建，协助业务部门高效开展工作，为合资公司全面提升各层面政府关系做好工作；
？ Responsible for planning major JV business events, and coordinating EOC offsite arrangements.
？ 负责制定公司重大商务活动的方案，公司管理层在当地的接待配合；
？ Build good cooperative relationship with business functions within JV, organize and utilize inside and outside resources, manage and supervise reception work, update and report reception data analysis regularly, and provide data to JV marketing sales and service team and PR team.
？ 与公司内部有关业务部门建立良好的协作关系，协调公司内外部资源，负责接待任务的人员安排调度，并对接待情况进行监督检查，按期上报各项接待数据分析，积极为公司产品销售和公关部门提供数据服务
？ Build and manage reception team with clear roles and responsibilities, work flow and target, responsible for annual budget and expense control.
？ 建立并管理合资公司接待团队，明确工作分工、流程和目标，控制年度预算及费用
？ Archives management(reports, faxes, agreements, meeting materials, address book, meeting minutes etc.)
？ 档案管理（报告、传真件、协议、会务资料、通讯录、会议纪要等）
？ Accomplish tasks cascaded by superiors.
？ 完成上级交办的其他工作
Key cross functional influences:
Internally, this role will interact with a lot of key business functions to keep one voice and one face externally, expecially PR,MSS and Manufacturing team.

Main Requirements:
1. With minimum 8 years’ working experience in auto industry.
至少8年汽车行业的工作经验。
2. Having good Goverment network and relations with good knowledge how to manage related communications.

3. Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification, analysis and solving. Strong communication and negotiation skills both internally and externally
