Main Responsibilities:
? Plan, formulate and implement purchasing strategies for assigned commodities
对于指定产品做好计划与规划并最终完成采购计划
? Early involvement in project and work proactively with cross-functional team members to ensure lower project procurement cost
作为跨部门小组一起前期主动参与项目和采购工作来确保降低项目的采购成本；
? Responsible to collect the procurement requirements from function departs, include but not limited in delivery time, brand, technology, cost estimation, installation, maintenance and etc.

? Issue RFI-RFP-RFQ (Request for Quotation) Packages to select suppliers and ensure timely response from suppliers
