POSITION OBJECTIVE 设置此职位目的:

协助集群EHS主管对生产现场进行巡检，减少现场各类隐患，监督作业许可的安全措施得以有效落实。

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1、 协助集群主管对加工厂、饲料厂以及养鸡场的生产现场及安全设施进行巡检；

2、 根据巡检异常拟定整改措施并以通报的形式予以发布；

3、 督促责任部门对隐患落实整改措施，并进行跟踪和验证；

4、 对事故事件进行上报、参与事故原因的调查；

5、 涉及EHS权限的作业许可审批；

6、 参与公司建设、扩建、改进项目安全、劳动卫生、消防、环保“三同时”的相关工作；

7、 ERT组织的在职培训，按计划组织演练；

8、 完成上级交办的前他任务。

REQUIREMENTS任职要求：

学历要求：大专及以上

专业要求：安全工程或环境工程专业,能够运用机械电气、防火防爆、特种设备、职业危害控制、危化品的安全技术，熟悉安全、环保法律法规、规章及标准。

个人能力：能够独立开展现场安全巡查、巡检工作，对现场各类安全隐患有较强的判断和分析能力，对事故事件的发生原因能进行初步的调查和分析，有严谨、严肃、认真、负责的工作态度。

计算机: 熟练运用各类办公软件

语言水平: CET-4或相应水平
