职位描述
1.Act as a coordinator to support company culture deployment.
协助推广公司文化
2. Be responsible for effective communication programs including regular communication meeting with all levels of manufacturing team to ensure harmonious employee relations and increase employees’ engagement;
负责有效沟通项目包括与制造体系各个级别的沟通会议,以确保和谐的员工关系,提高员工敬业度。
3. Act as a HR consultant and cooperate with Legal department in HQ to provide necessary consultancy service about HR policies, company policies, China labour law and other legislations;
与公司法务部门保持合作与沟通,作为人力资源顾问向部门提供有关人事政策,公司政策,劳动法等法律的必要的咨询服务;
4. Coordinate with Legal department in HQ to deal with labour disputes, arbitration;
与公司法务部门保持合作与沟通,参与处理员工争议等;
5. Attend Production regular meeting, including daily starting meeting onsite;
参加工厂部门例会;
6. Collect internal article of individual area for company internal newsletter.
配合负责公司内部刊物部门收集文章资源等;
7. Be responsible for manufacturing related training implementation; (will align with ET&D policy)
负责参与工厂的培训执行(会与教育培训部门协商一致);
8. Follow up training evaluation in the plant, to ensure the training satisfaction and effectiveness;
跟踪培训效果评估,确保培训满意度和有效性;
9. Be responsible for manufacturing skill matrix management;
负责管理工厂的技能矩阵;
10.Handle manufacturing employees’ suggestion scheme;
协助管理工厂的合理化建议;
11.Maintain manufacturing employees training profile.
维护工厂的培训档案。
12.Assist HR Manufacturing Manager to develop manufacturing HC planning and recruitment.
协助人力资源经理-制造 完成工厂的人头计划等;
13. New employees welcome from site HR and exit Interview.
新员工欢迎及离职员工面谈。
14. Support manufacturing employees’ IDP setting and follow up the performance appraisal.
支持工厂个人发展计划的设定及跟踪绩效考核的结果。
15. Maintain assessment center in recruitment, people development and performance management periods.
协助建立并维护有关招募,员工培训发展及绩效管理的评估中心。
16. Assist HR Manufacturing Manager to deliver training to line managers

17. Weekly Monthly HR report

1. Bachelor degree in a Business / Commercial discipline.
