Summary of Position
职位概述

This position requires a selfmotivated, responsible and organized candidate to manage and coordinate maintenance and display window renovation works for high end retail stores. The candidate must understand the quality standards and the maintenance process, whilst ensuring the timely completion of the maintenance works to the required quality and budget, minimizing disruptions to store operations.

You must demonstrate a track record of delivering projects successfully and be familiar with working in high pressure environments.

Typical Duties:
基本职责

● To manage the day-to-day maintenance, repair, cleaning, and general building issues for a group of stores.
负责大部分店铺的日常维护维修、清洁、建设事宜。
● To arrange vendors regularly to conduct regular maintenance and emergency maintenance, and make sure the procedures are followed by stores and vendors.
安排供应商进行常规和紧急的店铺维修,确保所有计划和流程得到各店铺和供应商的有效执行。
● To liaise with Landlords, contractors, service vendors, consultants and specialists to resolve any maintenance and service issues.
联络业主、承包商、供应商、顾问方、专员解决任何相关的维修及服务事宜。
● To collect and analyze the quotation and follow up payment issue.
收集并分析报价,跟进付款事宜。
● Assist with preparing budget, analysis and control the maintenance and cleaning costs.
协助预算控制,分析并管理店铺维修及清洁成本。
● To proactively provide solutions to make improvements in the service and produce cost savings.
主动提出服务方面的战略计划及改进措施,并达到节约成本的目的。
● To review and monitor the vendors service performance regularly, and evaluate the service of the vendors.
管理并评估供应商的服务质量。
● To support new store openings.
支持新店开业工作。
● On site supervision during show window installation.
橱窗安装时进行工地视察。
● Assist with sourcing local vendors and carry out yearly contract reviews.
协助供应商筛选工作并执行年度合同续签事宜。
● Other ad hoc tasks.
其他临时紧急任务。

Required Skills/Qualifications
技能及资质要求

● Strong motivation to develop a career in Facilities Management.
定位在设施管理行业并长期发展
● 2-5 years of relevant experience.
至少2-5年的零售行业相关经验
● Highly motivated, energetic and hard working.
具有高度责任感、积极性,能够承受高压环境下的工作强度
● Able to work both in a team and autonomously.
能够融入团队同时也能独立工作
● Flexible and able to travel frequently
具有弹性工作安排能力,能够适应频繁出差
● Fluent in written and oral English.
流利的英语听说及读写能力
● Good knowledge of MS.
熟练使用微软办公软件
