POSITION PURPOSE:

The individual in this position serves as technical support of Beijing Office in order to provide technical support mainly for North China Area. Work with the sales to development business in North China Area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. BS/BA in Telecommunication or Computer area.

. At least 5 years of technical related experiences.

. Strong proven technical background.

. Strong proven presentation skill.

. Hardworking.

. High written and verbal communication skill.

. Strong English ability on reading, writing, listening and speaking.

. Strong ability on computer application.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support the distributors and end-users in Northern China area on projects, and other technical issues.

On site training to customers.

Execute the 5 days Certified Installer (CI) training

Compile technical articles and support the marketing campaign.

Support in marketing and sales activities, such as the technical presentation in seminars.

Support the sales and marketing persons on the technical issue.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

(1) Support the distributors and end-users in the other territory of Siemon China on the project and other technical issues.

(2) Support some of the other technical activities, such as MPT approval, standardization, when necessary.

(3) In charge of the products management and generate the database of the products stock in Beijing office.

(4) Work closely with the sales and provide necessary support on business development.
