主要的工作内容和职责 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
是GST中山工厂质量系统的管理代表。
Be the management representative of GST ZS plant quality system.


负责质量系统的建立, 实施,监督和改进。
Be responsible for the quality system setting up, implementation, monitoring and improving.


向管理层提供常规质量总结报告。
Provide routine summary reports on quality for management.


与供应商和客户保持联系, 以确保符合标准。
Maintain contacts with both suppliers and customers to insure specification/compliance..


提供用于数据抽样、SPC和革新测试方法的先进技术，以满足我们和客户的需求。
Provide the leadership for statistical sampling, SPC and innovative testing methods to meet ours as well as customer needs.


负责内部质量审核，公布审核时间表，评估审核中所发现的问题，并通告工厂管理人员。
Responsible for internal quality audits, issues audit schedule, consolidates audit findings and makes recommendation to Plant Management.


定期总结并公布质量趋向数据。
Periodically summarize and issue quality trend data.


准备、控制并实施质量控制计划。
Prepares, controls and maintains quality control plan.


负责文件控制的实施、编制和修订。
Responsible for implementation of document control, generation and revision.


回顾，公布并审核所有的过程控制文件。
Review, issue and audit all process control documentation.


保存引入材料控制的历史记录。
Maintains history records on incoming material control.


管理每个控制计划的过程测试。
Conduct in process tests per the control plan.


负责产品质量方面的客户跟踪。
Responsible for following through on customer concerns regarding product quality.


负责协调工厂客户投诉的纠正措施活动。
Responsible for coordinating Customer complaint activities at the plant level.


保证质量记录维护程序的执行。
Quality Assurance Manager insures that the quality records maintenance procedure is enforced.


负责培训新员工质量政策，ISO/TS16949 ，并告知他们有责任和权利停止不符合标准的生产。
Responsible for training new employees on quality policy, ISO/TS16949 and their duty and authority to stop production of nonconformance.



协助评估供应商。
Assists in vendor evaluation activities.


检查所有技术文件的精确性和完整性。
Review all technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.



根据需要分派各种任务。
Delegate various duties as needed.


有责任和权利停止生产不符合标准的产品。
Has the duty and authority to shutdown any operation producing nonconforming product.


任职要求 QUALIFICATION:

工程类专业本科学历以上，8年相关工作经验和/经验，或相等的综合培训与经验。
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Engineering; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

有在汽车零配件行业或皮革厂工作的经验

Have the working experience in auto parts or autoleather fields.

三年以上管理团队的经验

3+years working experience of team management experience

良好的沟通和协调的能力

Strong communication and coordination capability.

能够阅读，分析和口译复杂的文件，回复棘手的问题和抱怨，有创新的发言和文章。在高层管理会议，公共场合和/或董事会上就某些争议或复杂问题做有效且说服力强的发言。
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
