PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

职责：

• l Provide day-to-day service support to dealers service department to ensure world class service provided to both individual and corporation customers in assigned territories and improve customer satisfaction;
• l 给代理商提供日常服务支持，以保证给个人客户和公司客户提供一流的服务来提升客户满意度。
• l Responsible for supporting regional service manager to achieve aftermarket recurring revenue AOP in assigned territories
• l 完成服务经理对指定区域的售后服务业务指标
• l Follow up field warranty/service issue & find out solutions
• l 跟踪现场保修、服务问题，寻找解决方案
• l Responsible for development of dealers service capability through training and coaching
• l 通过培训和指导来发展代理商的服务能力
• l Communicate and insure dealers to follow up with Company service strategy, standard and process
• l 通过沟通交流保证代理商来执行公司的服务战略、服务标准及服务流程
• l Direct service provided to project/key accounts in assigned territories
• l 对一些指定项目或大客户提供直接的现场服务
• l Direct parts sales to project/key accounts in assigned territories
• l 对一些指定项目或大客户提供直接的备件销售

KEY COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

· Good communication, negotiation and influencing skill

· 良好的沟通、谈判技巧

· Strong product knowledge and good understanding of aftermarket

· 良好的产品知识和良好的售后服务经验

· Strong technical problem solving skill and creative thinking

· 良好的技术解决经验和解决问题的思路

· Good presentation skills to make customers understand the value of DIPP products, which includes bringing more profits.

· 良好的文档演示技巧，这样能带给客户增值的服务

· Preferred with the diesel engine service or overhaul experience

· 有柴油发动机的维修经验者优先
