Job Scope

1. Responsible for overall human resources
support and management in the Wuhan Office

2. Maintain
up to date knowledge of current human resources & benefit trends, polices
and local employment laws, to give full advisory solutions to local business
team and staff.

3. Responsible
for daily recruitment activities to ensure adequate and qualified manpower
resources to meet business operation needs.

4. Responsible
for all staffing and onboarding/exit process for local HR operations.

5. Partner
with Central C&B Service Team and HRD on the monthly payroll delivery,
local HR payment and implementation of the company staff compensation and
benefits policy.

6. Ensure
the accuracy and prompt of local HR data and provide regular reporting.

7. Maintain
local HR e-system.

8. Employee
relationship management

Requirements

1. Bachelor
degree or above, more than 8 years HR experience including 3 years Business HR
Partner role.

2. Familiar
with HR operations/practices in MNC, experience of new office establishment is
a plus.

3. Strong
knowledge of all HR functions, and PRC New Labor Law & local labor
regulations.

4. Rich
HR generalist experience and certain HR project experience in multinational
companies.

5. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency
in English and good PC skills.

7. Good
project management skills.
