1) Provide full secretarial and administrative support of a responsible and confidential nature to the CEO --- a very famouse sportycar angcy, China

Key Activity:


1) Provide English Oral interpretiontran when travel abroad with CEO.
Correspondence on CEOs behalf including those of a complex or sensitive
nature, and maintain the highest confidentiality.
2) Assist in business report analysis and consolidation etc.
3) Provide general secretarial and administrative support and assistance to the
CEO
4) Perform any other duties as assigned
5) Liaise for the purpose of information requests, provision, event/meeting
coordination & confirmation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and
procedures
6) Collate data for Management reports and other required documentation;
Coordinate meetings and arrangements
7) Identify issues and follow up on actions plans & next steps with relevant
stakeholders/customers
8) Process new Travel and Purchase Requisitions,Obtain necessary approvals for
all purchase/travel requisitions

Skill/Qualification:


1) More than 3 years experience as PA or Secretary;
2) Be able to travel abroad fluently.
3) Bilingual in English (speak, read and write), be able to provide English oral
interpretation, oversea study or working experience is a plus.
4) Good attitude; patience; good with people
5) Bachelor Degree in Business (or equivalent)
6) Strong communication skills;
