Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the outsourcing delivery contract relationships
Maintain client relationships related to day-to-day operations of the outsourcing contract(s)
Manage client expectations in conjunction with the Operating Group Client Account Senior Executive and Outsourcing Account Delivery Manager
Support delivery account reviews with:
Client and Operating Group Client Account Senior Executives
Outsourcing Account Delivery Manager
Outsourcing service delivery leads and commercial directors
Outsourcing Account Delivery Team leadership responsible for geographic groupings of contracts (i.e., Portfolio Delivery Leads)
Provide line of sight to SDO on behalf of the client, client business events and client objectives
Manage the operational and financial performance of the Outsourcing contract
Formalize contract delivery plans with the Clients, OADM and the OG Client Account SE together with the SDO
Manage new outsourcing service requests in coordination with outsourcing service delivery
Monitor adherence to the Accenture's and the client's policies and standards (e.g., project approval process, work request process, Business Continuity Management, Data Privacy and Security, Major Incident Escalation)
Helps set and conduct day-to-day management of outsourcing contract(s) service level agreements (SLAs), acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues
Single point of contact for SDO on the outsourcing contract
Improve mobilization/transition costs in conjunction with the delivery service providers
Effectively leverage our industrialized service model in day-to-day management of outsourcing contract(s)
Manage changes to all service-related formal agreements. This includes changes to Service Baseline, Service Level Agreement(s), Operational Level Agreement(s), and Balanced Scorecard
Provides a single point of contact for all demand requests
Conducts planning sessions with the client to identify a demand profile to develop the capacity plan
Facilitates the resolution of client issues
Drives full utilization of leveraged Enterprise Service capabilities, such as HR, Commercial & Contract Management, Financial Management and Facilities Management
Drives full utilization of Delivery Shared Services functions where possible, such as central provision of Labor Cost reports
Drive future Outsourcing growth
Work with OADM to drive incremental revenue growth through further expansion, extension or renewals of Outsourcing work at current clients
Leverage industry expertise to influence client outsourcing strategies
Participate in Operating Group-led account planning and forecasting activities
