“Your future:”

1. Consumer Responsibilities

The appointee is personally responsible for answering and addressing consumer questions,
complaints and other issues, while keeping in mind relevant food and FMCG laws as well as
Dr. Oetker's internal rules and procedures.

The appointee shall ensure the improvement of customer satisfaction by delivering professional customer service of high quality.

2. Internal Responsibilities

The appointee is responsible for coordinating all of his/her activities with the marketing, sales,
quality assurance, trade marketing, production, finance and other internal departments, in order to
assure a) proper internal rules and regulations are followed and b) that consumers always receive
the most accurate and relevant response to their questions, complaints or concerns.

The appointee shall assist Manager in hiring new CSRs & train them when required.

3. SOP and Improvement Responsibilities

The appointee shall document all consumer contacts in order to actively support and encourage the
improvement of internal processes in relevant departments.

“Your strength:”

1. Colleague degree and above, 3+ years proven customer service experience in FMCG industry, good knowledge of frozen food is a plus
2. Reliable and team work spirit
3 .Good language communication skills (oral & writen, Chinese & english)
4. Strong ablilities of cocordination,solving problem, and handling emergency
5. Well organized, attentive, patient, and proactive with a customer oriented mind set
6. Familiar with office software
7. Strong adaptation and flexibility to work
8. Work-city: Taicang (太仓）
