Job Responsibility

1.Develop plan of QCC lab and implement accordingly. 制定QCC实验室计划并主导实施。
2.Coordinate the building of QCC lab to ensure its operation in time. 协调QCC试验室的建立以保证按时运作。
3.Coordinate the part inspection and test, manage the QCC lab.协调零件的检查和测试， 管理QCC lab。
4.Develop and manage the supplier operation quality performance system and quality issue resolution activities with IRT team.负责开发和管理供应商生产质量系统，支持IRT团队的问题解决。
5.Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of supplier quality performance. 协调供应商质量业绩的监控和报告。

Job Requirement

1..熟悉TS16949或其他相关质量体系要求和实施Familiar with TS16949 and other quality system and implementation
2.具备质量管理和企业运作的实际经验/具备现场质量问题的解决及协调管理能力。Working experience in quality control and operation/coordinating champiing the on-site quality issue soloving
3.具备基本的专业技能，如计算机操作，英语6级等　Basic requirements on computer operation, English communication( CET 6) etc.
4.诚信正直，有事业心Integrity and honest, with ambition
5. 5年以上汽车整车厂工作经验, 有供应商质量工作经验
Above 5 years of working experience at automotive OEMs , specially at SQE function.
6. bachelor or above. 大学相关专业本科以上（机械、电器、材料、化工、自动化、内燃机, 工业工程或管理、MBA）University graduate or above major in Machinery, Chemical, Material, electrical, Industry engineering or management MBA.)
