Job Function: Quality control

Responsibilities:
1, Supervise daily operation of Tech and QC dept. Responsibility new staff training of technician and QC, timely resolve potential and found problems.
2, Evaluation qualification of outdoor supplier, year evaluation
3, Production schedule control and delivery on time
4, Factory cruise as per different purpose of quality, delivery, guide QC to find problems early, how to more effective control quality, timely resolve problems.
5, communication with head office for any quality problem issues.

1,监督培训技术和QC团队, 及时解决潜在的和发现的问题.
2,对供应商的进行生产资格评估，定期评估, 评估供应商的品保系统和监督供应商生产流程.
3,控制生产进度，确保出货准时。
4,根据不同需要巡厂，处理发现的品质和货期问题，指导培训工厂QC有效监控品质并及时解决, 原因分析和行动规划等方面工作.
5,和总部就品质问题进行沟通.

Requirement:

1.Min 5 year experience in quality control field, familiar with garment production process. Well manage factory in quality project.

2.With good English communication is perfect, factory on line quality control management experience is perfect.

3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4.Be able to travel anywhere in China

1.五年以上服装品控工作经验, 熟悉制衣生产整套流程，能有效的统筹协调管理品质.

2.有一定英语交流能力优先； 有工厂生产中期品质管理经验优先.

3.有较强沟通能力；责任心强，能在压力下独立开展工作，工作积极,具有上进心；
