In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of CS Specialist. The position will be located in Guangzhou and report to Operation Manager.

Job Summary
As a CS Specialist implement effectively and meet customer's request to achieve the company vision,strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
-Support sales units of full services; process and maintain customer and supplier contacts; confirm PO properly, including pricing lead time confirm etc.; process timely order entry in ERP system;
-Coordinate with relevant internal dept's. (workshops), suppliers etc. for on-time delivery ;
-Follow up customers' payment with support from Finance dept.;
-Proactive management of customer needs with regular follow-up through order fulfillment ;
-Maintain and update customer data files in ERP system;
-Prepare monthly report or other reports requested;
-Fulfill jobs assigned by department manager when needed;
-Follow up on service inquiries to ensure that customers are satisfied with quality of service provided;
-Respond to and proactively resolve complaints and concerns.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills;
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International trading, Logistics or other equivalent area;
-Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point application and ERP system, fluency in speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese;
-Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit; Ability to handle multi-tasks;
-Patient, honest, careful and can work under pressure; Self-motivated and quick to learn; Strong sense of responsibility; Passionate and initiative.
-At least 2 years working experience of customer service, marketing and business planning, supply chain and commercial in a multinational company; Manufacturing industry background preferred;
-To be familiar with Export &Import Process.
