1. To gather and analyze the requirements from business department (Sales/Marketing, PR, Customer service etc.)
2. To coordinate development/implementation of web-based development projects to ensure business needs are met.
3. To control quality, time and cost of web-based development projects.
4. To bridge effective communications between offshore development team and business department on web-based development projects.
5. To perform appropriate escalating and reporting.
6. Vendor management.
7. To handle system support and maintenance tasks.
8. To perform routine system monitoring, analyzing and to follow up with appropriate members (both internally and externally).

Requirements:
1. Must have experience in web-based applications;
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree education in Computer Science or related disciplines;
3. 1-3 years of related experience dedicated in web-based application;
4. Well informed of knowledge of new and emerging technologies;
5. Good analytical skills with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
6. Fluency in verbal and written English communications is a must;
8. Responsible and reliable; can work efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
9. Nice-to-have: CMS (Content management system), JAVA and/or SAP related experience;
10.Nice-to-have: Skill set of e-Commerce and/or CRM domain.
