1.定期拜访Top出货的客户，维护现有客户关系，了解优化和客户的合作

2. 及时处理客户投诉，协调操作部分，提高服务质量

3. 国外客户及同事的接待工作

4. 新客户的拜访及SOP的制定

5．开发潜在客户
