◆专科以上学历，有相关品管系统理念；英语良好；College or above, with quality system concept and training; good English.
培训经历/Training history:
◆QC七大工具；QC seven tools
◆统计技术及运用；SPC
◆品质管理；quality management
◆测量仪器的使用及注意事项；use & attention for measure instrument
经 验/Experience:
◆3年以上QE相关工作经验;Above 1 year work experience for QE.
技能技巧/Skills:
◆能熟练使用SPC，QC七大手法，分析解决各种质量问题；
Familiar with SPC,QC seven gimmick to analyses and solve quality problem.
◆熟悉客诉流程，熟练使用8D报告，与客户建立良好的关系
Familiar with customer complaint process and 8D report, establish good relationship with customers
◆有良好的人际沟通、组织协调能力；Good ability of communication, organization with other people.
◆熟悉办公软件及检验设备；Familiar with office software and test device.
态 度/Attitude:

◆工作积极主动认真，敢于承担责任；serious &positive job attitude, dare to take on the responsibility.
