Responsibilities:

1. Develop, review, update and implement HR staffing strategy, policies and processes to meet divisional business strategy and organizational culture.
2. Design and implement all HR initiatives in the areas of recruitment, manpower planning.

3. Identify and recruit various positions as assigned in order to meet the Company's manpower requirements.
4. Develop staffing plan and staffing programs to support the company growth.
5. Liaise with related government offices and keep track of recent regulation/policy of recruitment.
6 .Build and develop the staffing team.
7. Other tasks assigned

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 　　　　　　　　　
2. At least 8 years of HR experience or other management position experience in manufacture industry.
3 .HR Professional Knowledge, Labor Law

4.Good team player;

6.Good communication and presentation skills;

9.Good written and oral English;
