Overview:
The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with UnionPay oversea representative and institution to promote the UnionPay IC card migration globally. Designing and implementing the strategy policy to facilitate the UnionPay IC migration running smoothly. Designing and implementing IC card innovative feature for respective oversea market.

Responsibilities:
-Promote the UnionPay IC card migration for cooperated oversea institution.
-Proactively support UnionPay card acceptance issues and programs
-Develop the unique IC card product for respective oversea market, according to the functionality and characteristic of IC card.
-Lead or facilitate the project management of IC card in oversea market.
-Provide the technical /business level IC card consultation for oversea institution.
-Lead and facilitate negotiations, in conjunction with the oversea bank to assist the IC card related product project going live.
-Proactively Interact with internal team and collaborated oversea institution.

Qualifications
-Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree in Finance /Economy/Management/Science and Engineering preferred
-Professional experience in financial /payment /Terminal /Card manufactures is highly preferred.
-In-depth understanding of the chip card knowledge on both acquiring and issuing, special knowledge on PBOC/EMV is a big plus
-In-depth knowledge on acceptance business, related experience highly preferred.
-Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on course of action
-Significant negotiation experience, including development of negotiating plans and strategies
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently (approximately 5-10% business travel expected)
-Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence at a senior management level both internally and externally
-High level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to operate effectively as a team player
- Ability to identify and pursue multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver superior results
