Requirements:

1. 5 years experiences in scarf/gloves/hats or other textiles.5年以上外贸公司帽子、围巾，手套或相关产品工作经验。
2. Familiar with different scarf/gloves/hats. 非常熟悉各种类型帽子围巾手套等产品的材质、工艺及价格。
3. Good English both in oral and written.良好的英语听说读写能力。
4. Team work spirit, integrity, pleasant personality.Very good team manage ability. 团队合作精神，良好的团队管理能力，良好的组织协调能力及领导力。
5. College education level, majored in textile or foreign trade. 大专以上学历，纺织或外贸专业优先。


Responsibilities


1.管理整个团队，合理分配工作并对团队成员工作进行监控和指导，带领团队保持高效运转。
2.与美国总部业务部门协作跟单，确保产品按质按量完成。监控产品的生产状况。
3.负责搜集包装、测试信息，对供应商进行指导。
4.管理产前样和大货样。
5.协助产品的开发。
6.跟进供应商的生产。
7.按客户需求开发新包装并保证按时交货。
8.对团队成员进行业务及技能培训。

Golden Tiger (Shanghai) Trading Limited (the Company) was established in October 2009. Golden Tiger develops sells and manufactures brand accessories such as scarves, belts, hats, socks and similar products for major brands and department stores. Golden Tiger was set up to oversee production, quality and logistics for product and has grown organically through the addition of new product categories (scarves, hats, soft accessories, cold weather accessories, jewelry and handbags) as well as through acquisitions (hosiery and handbags).
