Employment – full time

Tasks

To support manufacturing operations at Cylinder Head, Crank Case and Crankshaft line by fluids management and quality control.

Key Responsibility

• To clarify and improve the fluids management process for the daily fluids operation.
• To clarify and improve chemical supplementary method, quantity and interval with operation working instruction composing.
• To control the fluids application in the system by operation tracing, qualifty analysis and component adjustment to achieve setting target.
• To be involved into production changing with fluids adjustment proposal and changing implementation.
• To be the interface of fluids operation suppliers regarding service contract, operation process control and performance evaluation.
• To be interface and management of waste water treatment.
• To make budget plan and cost control regarding chemical using.
• To be the interface to sister plants regarding fluids management alignment and problem solving.
• To make regular fluids management related reporting.
• To provide fluids management and chemical using training to operators.
• Project support regarding fluids management

Qualification

• Proficiency with machining fluid system including washing, coolant, oil, sealing and so on
• Operational experience in machining line fluids using environment applicable to manufacturing systems
• Widely knowledge regarding chemical application and analysis.
• high quality consciousness and understanding
• Knowledge of machining line manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of various lean manufacturing methods
• English, German would be an advantage
• Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge
• Background in manufacturing systems regarding Crankshaft, Crankcase or Cylinder Head, 4-6 years.
• Fluids management working experience in machining line, 4-6years.
• Joint venture working experience, 1-3 years.
