Employment – full time

Tasks

Coordinate all the project tasks concerning equipments delivery, commissioning topics, with the responsible TPLs and make up project schedules in case of delay, follow up and problem solving, meets project target planned.

Key Responsibility

• Coordinate the equipment suppliers onsite, check the time schedule and their performance according to it.
• Coordinate deviations from the time plan with the responsible TPLs and define countermeasures as well as new applicable time plans.
• Decide if an escalation has to take place.
• Supervise the commissioning phase and coordinate the activities with BBA-IT and installations. Make sure, deviations are known to all relevant parties (in the project, in BBA, TA and MA) and taken into consideration for the following planning.
• Push the suppliers to speed up and to catch up lost time. Demand help from the TPL for this task.
• Discuss proposals from the suppliers and find out whether they are applicable or not. Judge whether those proposals are real or jest “hopes” from the suppliers.
• Inform the head of the NEP as well as the heads of the technologies of the actual delivery and commissioning status. Propose to the BBT-A-9 to address or escalate a situation.
• Prepare an overview over the commissioning phase and the supplier status and present it to different circles, showing difficulties, measures and timelines.

Qualification

• Knowledge of company structures and processes.
• Knowledge of dealing with suppliers
• Experience in commissioning
• PC experience, especially with MS-Office applications
• Effective communication
• Language proficiency, especially English and German
• Key to this role is flexibility and the willingness to learn as the role grows and the factory develops.
