Tasks

Full Responsibility for all Maintenance activities

Responsible for the availability of all equipment in the engine manufacturing

Key Responsibility

• Responsible for Validity of all equipment in the engine manufacturing
  
• Responsible for maintenance planning
  
• Responsible for all engine production facility modifications in terms of budgeting, technical/timeline planning and realization
  
• Indicating of new methods to optimize costs, safety and quality standards
  
• Responsible for all Data Management (e.g. equipment, jigs and fixtures)
  
• Responsible for human recourses matters, department budget, manpower planning, long term investment
  
• Responsible for spare part management
  
• Compliance with BMW leadership and associates standards
  
• Operate within technical support budget

Qualification

• Bachelor / Master Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  
• Knowledge of engine manufacturing
  
• Knowledge and experienced of the equipment to be maintained in all fields of the engine production
  
• Project management skills
  
• Open minding in dealing with others
  
• Knowledge in SAP
  
• Proficient English, German would be an advantage
  
• Good analytical and reporting skills
  
• Background in a production area, 7-10 years
  
• Experience with an intercultural work environment, 4-6 years
  
• Several years experience in maintenance and fluids management, 4-6 years
  
• Several years experience engine manufacturing, 4-6 years
