Manager Maintenance Process Powertrain 设备维修经理

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Full Responsibility for all Maintenance and Fluids activities

- Responsible for the availability of all equipment in the engine manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for Validity of all equipment in the engine manufacturing

- Responsible for maintenance planning

- Responsible for all engine production facility modifications in terms of budgeting, technical/timeline planning and realization
- Indicating of new methods to optimize costs, safety and quality standards

- Responsible for all Data Management (e.g. equipment, jigs and fixtures)

- Responsible for human recourses matters, department budget, manpower planning, long term investment

- Responsible for spare part management

- Compliance with BMW leadership and associates standards

- Operate within technical support budget

Qualifications

- Bachelor / Master Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

- Knowledge of engine manufacturing

- Knowledge and experienced of the equipment to be maintained in all fields of the engine production

- Project management skills

- Open minding in dealing with others

- Knowledge in SAP

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Good analytical and reporting skills

- Background in a production area, 7-10 years

- Experience with an intercultural work environment, 4-6 years

- Several years experience in maintenance and fluids management, 4-6 years

- Several years experience engine manufacturing, 4-6 years
