Manager Process Technology and Quality Machining 机加工艺质量经理

Employment – full time

Tasks

Support and enable machining to meet volume, quality and cost targets. Take proactive steps to constantly improve all direct and support processes in machining in order to maximize efficiency and quality

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, monitor and manage team independently, take full responsibility for results and budget targets as well as for professionalism and discipline of the department

- Coordinate all functions related to machining. Reach agreements with internal service providers and with customers (here machining and assembly lines)

- Continuously optimize machining and quality surveillance processes with regards to quality, adherence to delivery and costs

- Manage, motivate and develop staff to ensure optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness of team Process Technology and Quality Machining and that business strategy is implemented

- Establish and maintain effective network on process technology with European engine plants and encourage proactive exchange of know how and standards

- Monitor consequently the process parameters, output and quality performance the machining area and take necessary actions to meet targets. Liaise with planning, maintenance, machining and quality departments to ensure that production equipment is ready according to plan and qualified

- Develop and organize staff according to BMW Brilliance Automotive standards

- Make target agreements with all leaders in group

- Identify, plan, facilitate, influence, develop and propose to team and related functions to

- Improve and optimize production and support processes (maintenance, planning, logistics and quality)

Qualifications

- University degree / graduated in Mechanical Engineering

- Knowledge of engine machining processes and technology

- Knowledge of quality management, problem solving methods and quality control tools

- Knowledge of project and budget management

- Highly developed communication skills in a multi-cultural working environment

- Competency of implementation of new projects

- Proficient English skills, Chinese and German would be an advantage

- Background in machining of engine parts,4-6 years

- Experience with intercultural working environment,4-6 years

- Several years experience in technical planning and project management,4-6 years
