Advanced Specialist Maintenance Electrical NEP 资深电气维修规划专员

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Support all manufacturing operations (assembly, machining and logistics)

- Electrical systems and any other system support that affects the manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities

- Upgrade and protect all systems and tools to ensure that they are in line with BMW Brilliance and BMW standards and operate effectively and efficiently

- Issue, maintain, update and distribute technical data to oversee all electrical drawing and control vendor specific activities to manage systems and maintain high level of standards

- Support introduction of new maintenance technologies and ensure that requirements are met

- Ensure accurate scheduling and chances where maintenance is affected. Minimize risk and increase efficiency to support all maintenance changes

- Raise level of knowledge and provide expertise (by looking out of market technologies) to deliver world class level of maintenance

Qualifications

- Bachelor / Master Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

- Operational experience in a electrical-engineering environment applicable to manufacturing systems

- Knowledge of electrical systems together with manufacturing process understanding

- Knowledge of manufacturing operations processes (assembly and machining)

- High level of understanding of electrical systems (production and building facilities)

- Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment with high volume production

- English, German would be an advantage

- Background in manufacturing systems, automation and control systems, 1-3 years

- Experience with electrical systems in manufacturing and building facilities, 1-3 years

- Several years experience in maintenance of assembly and machining systems, 4-6 years
