Job Roles & Responsibilities
? Provide headhunting service to corporate clients for their staffing needs
? Conduct recruitment & selection activities of talents at middle to senior levels including sourcing, interviewing & selecting potential candidates
? Develop and implement effective strategies and avenues to achieve staffing requirements of clients
? Advise clients on matters pertaining to staffing
? Build strong rapport with candidates and clients
? Meet to performance standards and deliver work results
? Achieve the business objectives and goals of the company
? Perform other duties and task as deemed fit by the management

Requirements
? At least 3-8 years experience in the search firm
? Good command of English
? Chemical/ Auto OEM /Machinery industry experience is preferred
? Supervision experience is preferred
? Have business development experience is a plus
? Master all the skills of headhunting
? Must be result-oriented with good customer service focus and highly self-motivated with good initiative
? Able to give a high level of work commitment with a positive mindset
? Being a team player and able to meet to tight deadlines
? Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels
