职位描述

The HR Manager, North Asia, will be to provide HR management for North Asia (Hong Kong, China, Japan and Korea). Working with local management to provide support in this fast growing, multi-cultural environment through the understanding of business unit goals, providing professional and expert HR solutions, and a consistent and effective deployment of HR policies.



· Develop a medium to long term HR plan, integrating the people and organisational priorities of the business area with agreed business goals

· Liaise closely with the business throughout the planning process, and provides support for enhancing business activities, such as bids

· Act as an enabler to building a robust resource planning and succession strategy.

· Oversee employee full cycle activities from creations of effective HR admin processes, providing HR expertise on global activities and collaborating on cross functional business activities.

· Perform recruitment and selection processes involving sourcing highest calibre candidates in line with the requirements of hiring managers and key stakeholders. Pre-screening, arranging of interviews, conduct interview with hiring managers, provide advice towards hiring process and perform induction program.

· Benchmark internal compensation bands against external market data and advise hiring managers appropriate compensation package of new hires

· Develop appropriate recruitment plans and build consensus of recruitment strategy with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

· Ensure the operational fulfilment of core HR services meets business needs.

· Responsible for the development of people management competence and professionalism within their business management team and with other line managers through coaching or other interventions.

· Operate HR governance and communication processes, which encourages a consistent professional approach throughout the business unit.

· Plan, co-ordinate, facilitate, evaluate and maintain a suit of in-house training courses, workshops to be delivered on a rolling programme, including induction for new employees and management skills for first line managers.

· Promote, maintain and evaluate the utilization of in-house e-learning training program within the business area.

· Monitor and maintain the training budget, keeping an accurate record of expenditure.



Requirements:


· Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related courses & with at least 10 years of HR experience.

· Flexible, adaptable and customer focused, able to build relationships quickly at all levels and thrive in an environment of constant change.

· Strong understanding of the recruitment process, assessment methodologies and tools and new retention strategies

· Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of local human resources laws and processes

· Experience in facilitating soft skills training

· Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate by written and verbal means at all levels within the organization.

· Able to diplomatically influence at a senior level as an articulate and effective communicator.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a good team player

Proficiency with various software programs and applications, including E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows.
