Responsibilities:
1. Full responsibility for the architecture of a significant portion of a product.
2. Take full responsibility on critical / complex customer escalation issues
3. Take the lead to create technical design specifications based on functional designs
4. Convert design specifications into high quality working code within allocated budget and time frame
5. Ensure quality of deliverables by adhering to project standards
6. Conduct code review significant portion of product in the team
7. Resolve complex product issue identified during all phases of testing
8. Resolve complex service requests raised by customers according to defined processes and within set timeframe
9. Seeks new tools, methods, techniques, and accesses extensive resources, acting as a widely consulted expert internal resource.
10. travel to Suzhou from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Possess M.S. or PHD degree in a field relevant to functional area
2. Strong experience being an application architect for large-scale enterprise application software
3. 7+ years work experience in .NET framework, C#, JAVA,J2EE,Ajax, considered as an expert in these fields
4. Strong experience in SQL Server/Oracle DB techniques, relational database design ,normalization and data models
5. Strong experience of the software development lifecycle and methodology
6. Strong experience of object-oriented design and development
7. Excellent communication and fluent spoken & written English skills are mandatory
8. Good time management skills. Consistently delivers high quality results on time.
9. Works well with others in achieving goals and building productive relationships
10. Plans tasks and projects and defines the resources needed for achievement of deliverables.
11. Has experience working globally is a plus.
