岗位职责
Responsibility

1. 负责公司内部所有生产设备的日常管理和维护确保工厂和生产设备运行正常并实现质量目标(具体将按照责任区域划分)
2. 设备维护文件制定, 生产数据处理及相关协调工作
3. 维护优化与更新
4. 新设备选型计划制定和安装验收
5. 维修过程问题诊断及指导
6. 制定所有设备的维护计划表以及和供应商的联系，及时组织总结各方维修经验，供团队分享，促进团队维修水平的不断提高
7. 组织维修团队做好改善工作，并不断提升维修质量
8. 指导新进维修人员学习、熟悉维修技能
9. 维修人员的日常管理和相关考核工作
10. 6S现场管理
11. 备件库存量及管理
12. 需要向TEF部门经理汇报生产管理相关的情况。
该岗位需要与物流部门（满足客户需求）及质量部门（确保正确的质量，测
试及流程管控）有紧密的合作。
1. Responsible for daily all equipment inside company management and
preventive maintenance (PM), make sure all equipments running smoothly and achieve our quality target(for details base on responsible area)
2. PM documents making, production data process and related coordination task
3. PM task optimization and improvement
4. New equipment selection plan making and upgrade
5. Problem analysis and guiding for trouble shooting process
6. Schedule the PM plan for all equipment, keep contact with equipment supplier, summary all experience of trouble shooting and sharing, improve team trouble shooting technical level
7. Organize trouble shooting team keep improvement and enhance repair quality
8. Guide new comer study, and fully get the trouble shooting skill
9. Trouble shooting team daily management and KPI benchmark
10. 6S workshop management
11. Spare parts management and storage level maintenance
12．Candidate reports production management status to TEF manager.
The job profile requires close cooperation to logistics (satisfy customer
demand) and Quality dept (ensure the correct quality, tests and procedures)

1. BASIC REQUIREMENTS 基本要求
A. EDUCATION 教育背景
工商管理硕士或相当级别的工业工程师，机械工程或相关领域。
MBA or comparable in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related areas
B. WORKING EXPERIENCE 工作经验
三年以上从事制造工厂设备维护管理, 具有维护流水线电气设备的经验,具备外资企业设备维护经验更好
More than 3 years working experience of equipment maintenance in manufacture company, better for good working experience at foreign company
C. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 知识与技能
具备机电及相关经验,动手能力较强
with mechanical and electrical related experience, strong manual activities
D. LANGUAGE 语言技能
能对自身工作履历进行很好的介绍，并且能反映其本身在相关领域有足够的实践经验。
Be able to present a compelling work history, which reflects sufficient practical experience in similar tasks.
理想的话如有特别认证，例如对精益生产的专题讨论会，持续改进系统，BOSCH生产系统，丰田生产系统或类似具有经验的更好。
Ideally, additional qualifications such as seminars/ workshops in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement system, Bosch production system, Toyota production system or the like to be presented.
语言：流利的英语 （按照Bolas B2级）
Languages: Fluent in English (B2 level as per Bolas)

2. 相关要求：
工业工程师背景:
需要从事现有产线组装时间计算, 生产顺序及产线平衡。 能使用基本的改进方法（PDCA）来提高质量及效率。
衡量不同产线的产量水平，以满足客户需求的变化。
组织相关团队成员通过进行专题讨论来改进流程，同时进行过程确认。
递交所有与之前阶段相比较所发生的变化及评估，从而可以进行实际测试并且确保有正确的结果导向。
保持所有操作指导书持续更新，通过进行调整来确保持续改进。
生产设备及生产工艺优化：
确保设备安装正确（正常的功能，人体工学） 以及确保原材料的供应/存放/使用恰当且有效。
能通过证实并使用系统的方法来稳定不同生产步骤的工艺, 记录与目标的差距，建立团队为基础的解决方案，同时建立合适的行动计划。
建立持续改进的流程，设立具有代表性的KPI（关键绩效）并用来监控，衡量及管理持续改进。
生产效率:
建立一个系统可以衡量并持续改进生产线效率，通过循环的PDCA方法作为持续改进的基础。
质量:
稳定并且适时地修订流程来确保产品质量。
紧密保持与全球其他工厂同事的合作, 同时需要紧密配合德国生产。

2. Dimensions:
Industrial engineering:
Review existing assembly time calculations, production sequence and line balancing. Use as a basis for improvement cycles (PDCA) for better efficiency and quality.
Define different output levels of the line to suit fluctuations in customer demand
Run workshops to involve the team members in this improvement process, perform process confirmations.
Submit all assumptions and changes to previous stages to a practical test and verify for positive effect.
Keep all operator instructions up to date and adjust them for identified/proven improvements.

Production equipment and Production process optimization:
Ensure the correct installation of the production equipment (correct function, ergonomics) and material supply/storage/handling to/at point-of use.
Verify, using a systematical approach the process stability of the different production steps, document deviations from target, develop in the team solutions and set up an action plan.
Install a continuous improvement process, set up a representative set of KPIs and use them to monitor, measure and manage the improvements

Production efficiency:
Set up a system to measure and continuously improve the line efficiency, install a PDCA cycle as basis for continuous improvement.

Quality:
Stabilize and , where needed, revise procedures to ensure the product quality.
Close cross-site cooperation with colleagues in international locations, as well as manufacturing coordination in Germany.
