职位描述
General purpose of position:
- Perform a Receiving Inspection function. Using sampling plans, BOMs, and drawings, check all purchased parts against requirements. Determine lot acceptance at incoming materials and maintain files and records. Facilitate MRB meetings to disposition suspect materials.
执行来料检验工作。使用抽样计划，材料清单和图纸按照要求对所采购的物料进行检查。对进厂物料进行批量接受并保持相关的文件和记录。协调MRB会议对不合格物料进行处理。
Description of duties and responsibilities:
- Use methods and setups to inspect purchased parts.
使用检验方法和设置检验采购零件。
- Measure angular dimensions, radii contours, clearances, threads, surface finishes, and other mechanical measurements.
测量角度尺寸，弧度，间距，螺纹，表面处理和其他机械测量。
- Electrical inspection such as resistance and continuity.
电子检验例如电阻和连续性。
- Perform source inspection as needed.
必要时进行供应商处检验。
- Prepare for MRB meetings and keep a track of assignments and actions.

- Updating and maintenance of Quality / Inspection records.

- Other related tasks as skills permit.

Skills and abilities needed for this position:
- Able to use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, dial indicators, height gauges, thread gauges, and specialized fixtures or devices.
能够使用测量仪器例如：千分尺，卡尺，量块，指示表，高度规，螺纹规，和其他特殊的量具。
- Able to use ohmmeters, continuity checkers, and other electrical measuring equipment.
能够使用欧姆表，连续性测试表，和其他电子测量设备。
- Ability to interpret drawings for mechanical, electrical, welding, and labeling requirements.
能够读懂图纸上的机械，电气，焊接，和标签要求。
- Perform the necessary calculations to determine angles, tolerances, and dimensions in accordance with Engineering specifications and other.
能够进行必要的计算以决定角度，误差及与工程规范相符的尺寸。
- Ability to use a database or spreadsheet to record inspection results.
能够使用数据库或者数据表对检验数据进行记录。
- Determine acceptability of parts.

- Good communication and writing skills a plus.

Education and training needed for this position:
- Trade school or an Associates degree in a related field.

- An understanding of shop mathematics.

- 2 years of inspection experience.
