职位描述
Job Description:
1. To provide quality sourcing service to Product development and sourcing manager, follow-up with fty payment and sampling until sample approval
2, Coordinate with Labs for testing issues, assist testing manager for routine works such as send samples for Lab quotation and suggestion, work with fty for testing samples, and arrange payment for Lab, keep report in record and upload report to company test website
3. Follow up samples and testing with vendors, Labs, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time answers and solutions
4. Check the artwork for new product; sourcing many factories for quotation for both new product and old product
5. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for purchasing, production etc.
6. Update the system, generate the report on weekly basis. register payment in system.
7. Strong product knowledge in pvc, resin, metal or plush, plastic material etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. more than 2 years' merchandising experience in trading or foreign company; Good negotiation and communication skills,gifts and toys testing knowledge or working in Lab like SGS ITS will be advantage.
3. Experience in dealing with vendors in China
4. Good command of English, both verbal and written;
5. Customer oriented, self-motivated, good team player and problem solver, can work under pressure
6. Excellent interpersonal skill and efficient co-ordination with different departments in the company
