IT技术支持
岗位职责：

1、通过电话、邮件、远程等服务方式,为用户需求提供IT技术服务支持，前线判断并解决故障
2、公司内部局域网络的维护，保障网络与应用平台的正常运行；
3、公司邮件系统管理，维护网络系统安全；
4、服务器、路由器等设备的管理，以及网络平台的运行监控和维护；
5、公司打印设备、移动设备、常见PC问题、网络故障的应急处理；
6、负责公司所承接的IT服务外包项目执行，根据公司业务的需要，可能有出差、常驻客户公司工作。
7、上级主管交待的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、专科以上计算机相关专业，3年或以上的IT相关工作经验。
2、熟悉域环境下Windows XP、Windows 7等客户端操作系统安装，配置和故障排查。
3、掌握企业网络的基本应用，包括防病毒、打印、OA等软件的使用和故障排除。
4、了解IT机房和网络设备的硬件安装和基本配置。

5、具有良好的计算机系统硬件、软件、电子邮件、网络、和相关设备的问题解决能力。
6、具有良好的服务意识和沟通能力，具有良好的团队合作和人际沟通技巧
7、具备英语沟通能力者优先；有IT相关专业证书者优先
