岗位职责：
1. 依据集团产品需求页面原型，进行集团应用产品的页面设计、开发及测试等工作。
2. 依据集团产品运行情况，对既有产品进行系统页面功能进行升级、优化及实施、运维等工作。
3. 根据集团项目需求及页面原型，进行项目页面进行详细设计个、功能开发及测试工作。
4. 根据集团项目的执行情况，可以对项目的上线、实施、运维给予技术支持。
5. 依据集团产品及项目目标，负责相关前端技术的研究工作。

岗位要求：

1.计算机相关专业基础知识
2.精通主流Web前端技术（XHTML/XML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery/Ajax/Json等）
3.对用户体验，交互设计等有深入的理解；对前端页面代码结构及前端交互性能有深入的理解；
4.对OO有正确的理解，理解jQuery设计理念
5.能够根据需求，快速运用(x)HTML/CSS/JavaScript兼容于目前主流浏览器的前端页面；
6.精通HTML,CSS，JavaScript, 精通DIV+CSS网页布局，熟悉W3C网页标准，具有手写代码的能力；
7.对互联网新产品新技术有着良好的敏感度，对交互体验有较为深入的了解，有分享和总结的习惯；
8.较强的团队协作能力与沟通能力，并与设计人员，程序开发人员进行较好的配合。
