岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2. 熟悉B/S架构的网站测试流程与方法，能独立编写测试用例；
3. 有2~3年测试经验，有网站测试工作经验者优先；
4. 能使用测试工具，如loadrunner，TC者优先，熟悉Java、Delphi语言，熟悉Oracle pl/sql脚本者优先；
5. 具备良好的沟通和书写能力，富有团队协作精神；
6. 热爱软件测试工作,可以胜任重复性工作，工作认真负责,有耐心；


岗位职责
1. 结合需求文档进行测试用例的设计；
2. 执行测试用例，提交测试报告,并协助开发人员重现、修正BUG；
3. 遵循公司软件测试流程，应用多种测试工具，执行缺陷管理；
4. 编写用户手册，培训用户操作和使用公司的软件产品；
5. 承担部分一线运维工作，能收集回答用户在日常系统使用过程中的一般运维问题。
