岗位职责：

1. 依据集团产品需求，进行集团应用产品的系统功能设计、开发及测试等工作。
2. 依据集团产品运行情况，对既有产品进行系统升级、优化及实施、运维等工作。
3. 根据集团项目需求，进行项目详细设计个、功能开发及测试工作。
4. 根据集团项目的执行情况，可以对项目的上线、实施、运维给予技术支持。
5. 依据集团产品及项目目标，负责相关IT技术的研究工作。

岗位要求：

1.计算机相关专业基础知识
2.精通 Java 开发语言
3.具有2-3年及以上、3个以上Java中大型项目开发经验
4.精通Spring MVC 或 Struts2 等至少一种 MVC 框架
5.精通Hibernate 或 myBatis 等至少一种 orm 框架
6.熟练掌握 html、JavaScript、jQuery、Ajax等前端开发语言
7.熟悉WebService或RestFUL相关规范，有实际经验者佳
8.良好的OO观念，了解3中以上GoF设计模式，严谨的逻辑分析能力，优良的代码写作规范
9.具有人力资源行业经验者优先
