职位需求：
1.有相关作品集，能提供作品发想过程图板尤佳
2.对于Photoshop, Illustrator 或 After-effects 等软件熟悉并有快速的操控技巧
3.对于色彩，构图与整体创意搭配有一定的审美能力
4.有良好沟通协调能力，可独立完成专案以及开拓心胸的学习能力
5.会三维软件（Maya / Cinema 4D / 3D max）尤佳
6.至少三年以上同等职位相关经验
7.能说流利中英文尤佳

Requirements :
- have a good portfolio of executed commercial work
- have a good technical understanding of all 3 softwares; Photoshop, Illustrator and After-effects
- have very strong sensibilities for colour, composition, typography, textures and pace
- possess proven ability in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
- 3D motion design skills are also preferred. Softwares such as (Maya / Cinema 4D / 3D max)
- must have 3+ years experience working as a motion graphics designer in a theatrical or broadcast environment
- are communicative, in English, or bilingual is even better
- are collaborative and maintain a high company spirit
- are creative and passionate for what you do - are self-motivated to prioritize and manage
workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
- are resourceful, innovative, and proactive
- Candidates must be dedicated, punctual and have a strong work ethic
