作为线束生产中开线/压接/超声波焊接/绞线/热缩/焊锡/OEE工艺的生产工艺专员，需求人员应具备强烈的责任心及专业的相关技术能力。

岗位职责：

- 按照客户及莱尼要求，为生产规划解决设备配置及报价

- 为项目优化设备配置及选型

- 作为技术负责人为工厂验收及实施新技术

- 提高工厂PPO的技能及表现

- 部门安排的其他任务

- 愿意出差

岗位要求：

- 专科以上机械或电气专业

- 最少3年设备维护或应用方面的工作经验

- 流利的英语

- 良好的交流技巧与领导力

Acting as PPO Asia for cutting/crimping/ultrasonic welding/twisting/shrinking/soldering/OEE processes in wiring harness production, the person we are looking for are with strong responsiblity and professional relative technical ability.
Responsibility:
- Figure out the equipment configration & offer according to the customer/LEONI requirement for production
planning.
- Optimize the equipment configration & selection for project.
- Acting as a technical leader for release & implementation of new production technology for plant.
- Improve the skilling & performance for plant PPO.
- Other tasks required by Department.
- Be willing to travel.


Requirement:
- Colleage above from Mechnical or Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical service or machine application.
- Fluent English.
- Good communication skill and leadership.
