Responsibilities
? Handle all daily incoming and outgoing calls and messages
? Attend to all telephone and visitor enquiries
? Administer the sending and receiving of all company mail/parcels, as well as the booking of conference and training/meeting rooms
? Administer the supply of company beverages for staff
? Handle other administrative and ad hoc duties

Requirements
? Student in college
? Excellent telephone and customer service skills
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Computer word processing and spreadsheet application skills an added advantage
? Careful and service-orientated.

? Can work at least 3 days a week.
