职位描述：
1、根据主管的课题安排，合理设计实验并仔细实施；
2、配合主管，独立开展一定难度的全新课题或重复一些高难度的课题，力争及时地完成课题任务；
3、细心观察实验，规范操作，得到合理的实验结果；
4、科学分析实验中出现的问题，提出合理的改进建议，或得出合理的结论；
5、及时地书写实验记录
6、根据公司要求，及时地总结工作，上交实验数据资料；
任职资格：
1、化学相关专业
2、熟练掌握有机合成、产物分离与结构鉴定技能；
3、熟练掌握文献检索手段，具备优良的英文读写能力；
4、良好的敬业精神，强烈的责任心，工作严谨踏实、仔细认真。
