Position Overview
? 该职位致力于通过维护和发展直营大客户，引导公司自有品牌在中国大陆地区大卖场的发展和销售，管理和建设销售团队，完成 公司要求的销售目标和毛利。

Responsibilities
? 完成季度和年度销售指标，并保证毛利率。
? 大客户管理与开发：维护并积极开发国内主要销售渠道和长期战略伙伴。
? 合同谈判/新品提报/促销方案制定与落实。
? 零售终端管理：通过有效的内部沟通确保产品店内陈列和品牌形象的展示以及促销活动的顺利执行和业绩跟踪。
? 根据市场发展和公司的战略规划，协助销售总监制定销售计划及预估量化销售目标。
? 管理并建设销售队伍。

Education and Experience
? 市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历。
? 10年以上销售工作经验及5年以上管理经验。
? 熟悉家庭用品国内分销渠道尤其是熟悉大卖场运作者优先考虑。
? 熟悉并精通沃尔玛操作流程者优先考虑。
